My wife & I just bought our first home with Gerardo's help & couldn't be happier about the process! Gerardo was very helpful in every step of the way. We were new to the area & began looking at open houses on our own for a few weeks, eventually needing a buying realtor to officially start the process, and found Gerardo during an open house. We contacted him for a first meeting & he laid out the entire process and explained everything in great detail, willing to travel to us to make it work. He was very flexible in his time to join us on last minute showings, working around our busy schedule. His style is pretty laid back, no pressure, works at our pace, and very friendly. He also had MANY local recommendations for lenders, inspectors, insurance agents, and attorneys, which we ended up using some with great success. We were pretty pro-active in finding listings ourselves, but he also sent us listings from his internal network which we couldn't find on public sites like Zillow or Redfin. During tours, he looks out for the details that we might be a bit naive to know, I could trust his opinions. We toured about 8 homes with Gerardo, and about 8 more without him as they were very last minute. Once we found THE ONE, we knew right away that we wanted to make an offer, and Gerardo was ready to help, giving us advice on the offer amount. Our original offer amount was accepted with minimal back & forth! Moved in about a month later, and here we are, happy clients!
